Returns / Refunds
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include copy with your return shipment.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
Damaged / Defective Goods
Occasionally, a product will be damaged in transit, or there may be a manufacture's product defect. With your help, we will work to ensure a timely and satisfying solution. We ask that you accept delivery of the shipment and perform a detailed inspection immediately. Email us at sales@justsignframes.com and include your company name, phone number, order number and details about the damaged or defective product.
Please understand that replacements or refunds can be hindered or denied if you fail to email us of defective or damaged merchandise within two (2) business days of receipt.
justsignframes.com will replace the damaged or defective goods for no additional charge. If a return is preferred instead of replacement, the return goods policy outlined above applies and there will be a re-stocking fee and our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the credit issued.
Failure to follow the return procedure for the damaged item may result in a charge for the free replacement item.
Returned items that are found to be in good working condition or shipped as ordered may not be eligible for a refund. In such an instance, justsignframes.com will email you for your decision on whether to ship the items back to you at your expense or be refunded with a 20% re-stocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
